How to Start
First things first, let's get personal and clinical:
Head to Settings: Click on the "Settings" tab up top.
Customize Profile Settings: Once there, navigate to the "Profile" section to personalize your account according to your preferences and practice requirements.
How to Set Up Profile and Clinic Details
- ●Update Personal Information: Make sure your name, email address, mobile phone number, and password are all up-to-date.
●Upload a Profile Image: Add a professional profile image to personalize your account further.
●Configure Clinical Information: Enter your NPI number, taxonomy code, and specialty for accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.
●Update Practice Information: Ensure your practice name, default clinic, email address, and time zone reflect your practice's details accurately.
●Once you've fine-tuned your settings, hit "Save" at the bottom of the page, and you're good to go!
You've completed Step 1 of setting up your SerenePractice account. Head back to your account and check off Step 1 as done. Next up, let's dive into Step 2!
