How to Start
To begin optimizing your billing system, navigate to the heart of your billing system by going to Settings. Scroll down until you find Billing, then click on Settings located next to Online Payments at the top.
How to Access Billing Settings
- ●Access Billing Settings: Navigate to the Billing section within your account settings to configure essential parameters.
●Update Billing Information: Input crucial details such as currency, tax ID, and organization NPI to maintain accurate financial records.
●Set Up Bank Details: Facilitate smooth transactions by securely adding your bank information, including the Account Holder Name, Account Number, and Routing Number.
●Customize Invoice - Settings: Tailor your invoice creation and statement generation preferences to align with your practice's needs and workflow. Choose default service descriptions, determine invoice creation frequency, and specify statement generation dates and practice.
You've successfully completed Step 3 of setting up your Serene Practice account. Now, let's move on to Step 4.
